Terms of service
Last updated 2 August 2026. These terms apply to your use of madeofsunday.com and to every order placed through it.
1. Who we are
Made of Sunday is a womenswear label. The website and all orders placed on it are operated by PT Elnath Cipta Global, a company registered in Indonesia, with its registered office at Jalan Teluk Cendrawasih No. 52, Kelurahan Arjosari, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur 65126, Indonesia.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Made of Sunday. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, placing an order, or subscribing to our emails, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, that the information you give us at checkout is accurate, and that you accept these terms together with our privacy, refund, and shipping policies.
3. What we sell
We design and produce original women's clothing featuring prints created in our own studio. We are not a reseller and we do not dropship. Every garment is made and dispatched by us.
Each product is offered in one of two ways, stated clearly on its product page:
- Ready to ship — finished garments held in our own stock, dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment.
- Made to order — cut and sewn for you after your order is confirmed, dispatched after 7–14 business days of production.
4. Products and sizing
All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product without notice.
We photograph our garments as faithfully as we can. Slight colour variation between screen and fabric is normal, as is marginal variation in print placement between individual pieces — our prints are placement-engineered rather than repeated, so no two garments are identical. This is a characteristic of the product, not a fault.
Full measurements are published for every size. Please check them before ordering, particularly for made-to-order pieces. If you are between sizes, message us before you buy and we will help.
5. Prices and payment
Prices for customers in Indonesia are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and include PPN where it applies. Prices in other markets are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies.
Payments are processed by Midtrans (PT Midtrans), a payment provider licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia. You can pay by bank transfer or virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet, or credit and debit card, along with any other method offered at checkout. Card details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure environment under PCI-DSS standards; we never see or store them.
If you pay in a currency other than the one your account is held in, your bank may add conversion or cross-border fees. These are set by your bank, not by us.
6. Your order
You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order. That email acknowledges your order; it is not yet our acceptance of it. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order has entered production, or when it is dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a price or description was published in error, or where materials are unavailable. If we cancel, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, including shipping.
7. Cancelling, returning, refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. In short:
- Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of your confirmation email, before we cut the fabric. After that, production has begun.
- Ready-to-ship pieces can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
- Anything that arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement, with return shipping paid by us.
- Approved refunds are released to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, card refunds can take a further 7–14 working days to appear.

8. Delivery
All orders are dispatched from Malang, Indonesia. Delivery times, costs, and customs treatment are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Please make sure that address is complete and correct. If a parcel returns to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost, or refund the product value less the original shipping.
9. Our work
The prints, artwork, photography, text, and brand identity on this site are ours, protected under Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and applicable international law. Please do not reproduce, resell, or commercially use any of it without our written permission. "Made of Sunday" and our taglines are proprietary brand assets.
10. Using the site
Please do not use this website for anything fraudulent or unlawful, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data without our consent, or impersonate us or anyone else.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for it.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Other sites
We link to third-party sites and services, including social media and our payment provider. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
13. If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Write to hello@madeofsunday.com or message +62 813 1529 171 with your order number. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia via simpktn.kemendag.go.id, or to the consumer dispute settlement body (BPSK) in your area.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new date, and your order is governed by the version in force when you placed it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Malang (Pengadilan Negeri Malang), without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
