Before you write
Where is my order?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 1–3 days. Made-to-order pieces take 7–14 days to make before they're dispatched. Your dispatch email carries the tracking link.
Can I still cancel?
Ready to ship, any time before it leaves us. Made to order, within 24 hours — before we cut the fabric. Send us your order number and we'll take care of it.
Something arrived wrong.
Then we'll put it right at our cost. Send a photograph and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and choose a refund or a replacement.
I'm between sizes.
Ask us before you order. Made-to-order pieces are cut for one person, so this is the moment to get it right — send your measurements and we'll tell you honestly.
When does a refund arrive?
We release it within 5–10 days. Bank transfers and e-wallets land within a week; cards can take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank.
